If you are coming from:
- Norfolk - Take I-464 South to Route 17 South (Dominion Blvd)
- Virginia Beach - Take I-64 East to Exit 291B to Route 17 South (Dominion Blvd)
- Suffolk - Take Route 58 East to I-664 South to I-64 West to Exit 292. Turn right, go one block and turn right onto Route 17 South (Dominion Blvd)

Then:
- Take Route 17 South (Dominion Blvd) over the draw bridge and past Cedar Road, Wal-Mart, and Grassfield High School - 4 miles
- Turn left on West Road - 3.4 miles
- Turn left on Airport Drive - 0.3 miles
- Tidewater Flight Center is located in the beige Hangar to the left of the main airport terminal
